Xavier Meyer

CEO, Investments

Xavier became CEO of our Investments business in November 2024 having previously spent over two years as the Chief Client Officer and CEO of UK and EMEA.

Xavier has over 20 years’ experience in asset management. Before joining abrdn, he was Regional Chief Executive for North Asia, Europe & Americas at Eastspring Investments and was a member of the company’s executive management committee.

Prior to that, Xavier was Eastspring Investment’s Global Head of Distribution from 2018 and initially joined in 2014, as Head of Product Strategy and Development. Earlier in his career, Xavier held a number of roles at BNP Paribas.

Xavier holds a Master’s degree in Economics & Finance from Sciences Po Paris and a Master’s degree from NEOMA Business School.
