Tracey Hahn

Tracey joined as our Chief People Officer in August 2021 and leads our HR function globally. She brings extensive experience from HR leadership roles at leading global financial services companies – which includes designing and implementing reward strategies, shaping values-led cultures, delivering HR service model and business transformation, supporting mergers and acquisitions, and helping organisations to nurture and retain talent.

Before joining our business, Tracey was Group HR Director at ReAssure from 2019. She played a lead role in driving the modernisation of the HR function, the development of the executive team, and in designing and implementing a programme of cultural change.

From 2012 to 2018, Tracey was Chief of Staff and HR Director at Old Mutual Wealth (now Quilter), where she was accountable for HR and responsible business, as well as internal and external communications. Her role covered the company's investment and high net worth businesses, as well as its advisory and platform businesses. She was also a member of the company's executive committee and subsidiary management boards.

Tracey's career in financial services began at Merrill Lynch where she spent 11 years and as Managing Director, holding a number of HR leadership positions – including Global Head of HR for Fixed Income, based in New York, and Regional Head of HR supporting the firm's operations across the EMEA region.
