LGT to acquire discretionary fund management business of abrdn in the United Kingdom
As announced on 28th February 2023, and subject to regulatory approval, LGT will acquire abrdn Capital Limited, its bespoke discretionary fund management business, later in the year. The sale is expected to complete in the second half of 2023, following regulatory approval.
The Managed Portfolio Service (MPS) business is closely aligned to the abrdn group strategy and will be retained by abrdn.
There will be no change to the solutions, or the support, you receive from abrdn as a result of this announcement. The team who deliver the high-quality service you expect from abrdn will remain the same and will continue to be your point of contact.
