abrdn Islamic Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Company No. 200801026015 (827342-W) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of abrdn plc. We were awarded the Islamic fund management license in March 2009. Our goal is to manage funds sourced from around the world in accordance with Shariah requirements by using our international presence.
The products that we offer currently are Shariah-compliant equities and sukuk for local and overseas institutional clients. The company manages one retail Shariah fund with total asset of RM 572.86 million as at 31 December 2022. We have a dedicated team in Kuala Lumpur which is backed by the full resources of abrdn. We adhere to our proven investment style, in combination with the Shariah screening by an independent Shariah Adviser, Amanie Advisors Sdn Bhd.
