New online fund request process
27 November 2023To make it easier for you, we’ve made improvements to the process for requesting a new fund or Exchange Traded Instruments (ETIs). These include:
- Introduction of a new, fund request webform. This will replace the current spreadsheet template
- The new web form is fully validated and more intuitive
- Requests will now be sent automatically meaning you no longer need to attach an email and send manually to our mailbox
- This form will be launched from a new help and support page which will provide all the key information you need to support you through this process
- Once your request has been submitted, we have introduced automatic regular updates to keep you up to date with progress
These changes will improve your experience when submitting these types of requests.
