Publication of Circular in connection with the proposed combination with Invesco Asia Trust plc
On the 28th October 2024, the Board of Asia Dragon Trust plc announced that it has concluded its strategic review and has agreed heads of terms with the Board of Invesco Asia Trust plc ("Invesco Asia") in respect of a proposed combination of Asia Dragon with Invesco Asia (the "Proposals"). On 18 December the Board of Asia Dragon Trust announced that it had published a Circular setting out proposals for a combination with Invesco Asia to be renamed Invesco Asia Dragon Trust plc.
